A Texas man has been accused of making online threats targeting an upcoming event hosted by Turning Point USA and the organization’s CEO, Erika Kirk.
According to authorities, 26-year-old Jacob Wenske has been charged with a third-degree felony for making a terroristic threat that involved public fear of serious bodily injury or disruption to the public.

The investigation reportedly began after a local newspaper shared a Facebook post promoting the TPUSA Women’s Leadership Summit, where Kirk is scheduled to appear as a keynote speaker.
The event is slated to take place June 5–7 at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter along the River Walk in San Antonio.
The case highlights growing concerns about threats directed at political organizations and public figures amid an increasingly heated political climate, Fox News reports.
“I know exactly where to bomb,” Wenske allegedly wrote in response to the post.
In a separate post within the same thread, Wenske allegedly added, “I can’t wait to be the valet for her escort.”

“Death to Erika Kirk and every single speaker there!! America will live on without those scum on this earth,” he allegedly wrote in a later email.
“Every Christian nationalist shall perish in the bombing that will take place at every single Turning Point rally and event,” Wenske’s alleged email noted further.
TPUSA spokesperson Matt Shupe said the organization takes all threats seriously in a statement to Fox.
“The safety of our attendees, speakers, and staff is always our top priority,” he said.
“All TPUSA events include enhanced, multi-layered security measures enforced by both private security and local police,” Shupe continued.
“We refuse to let threats silence us. We look forward to a successful and inspiring gathering June 5–7 in San Antonio for 2,500+ ladies attending the Women’s Leadership Summit!”
Erika Kirk, who assumed leadership of Turning Point USA following the killing of her husband and the group’s co-founder, Charlie Kirk, at a TPUSA event in Utah last year, has reportedly faced a steady stream of threats since taking over the organization.
Those security concerns intensified in April when Kirk canceled a scheduled appearance at a TPUSA event at University of Georgia after organizers said she received what they described as “very serious threats.”

The man who allegedly assassinated Charlie Kirk, Tyler Robinson, has had a series of court appearances following his arrest in September.
In mid-April, the judge overseeing the trial unsealed a ballistics report from the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives after the report was unable to definitively match a bullet fragment to the suspected murder weapon.
However, the report did confirm a match with the spent casing police discovered at the scene.
Prosecutors allege that separate testing found DNA consistent with Robinson’s on the gun, a towel, and three of the four rounds found inside the weapon.
While the conclusions of the report had already been made public in prior court proceedings, the full document is now available from the court and includes additional details, Conservative Brief reported.
The tested material includes a “deformed/damaged” piece of the bullet jacket and four lead fragments, said the outlet.
The text was included as an exhibit with a defense motion that was filed under seal on January 9.
The motion requested that the judge prevent the government from conducting any further testing until a defense expert had the opportunity to examine and photograph the evidence.
Judge Tony Graf ruled that there was no reason to keep the filing classified, as he found it did not contain any “private or inflammatory information.”
