BIDEN ERA MIGRANT KILLS COLLEGE SOCCER STAR.
Years into the Trump presidency, you would assume that the damage done by the Biden administration would finally be over. However, for a family local to Columbus, Ohio, that nightmare is still happening in the present day. The migrant in question, Mr. Bekhzod Asrarov of Uzbekistan, was driving a commercial semi-truck when the incident occurred. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a fatal vehicle crash ensued on I-71 near Columbus, Ohio. The diver of the semi-truck, Asrarov, crashed into the vehicle driven by college student Tobias “Toby” Forsythe. The impact tragically killed Toby.
According to the State Patrol, when arresting Asrarov he spoke absolutely zero English. It was remarked by State Troopers that he had to use Google Translate on his phone to communicate with law enforcement officials. Not only that, but according to the State Patrol, the driver was also seen attempting to destroy his “3 cell phones” in an attempt to erase evidence. The dead college student, Toby, was a goalie for UMASS soccer. This incident is beyond tragic for the family and community affected. However, it should also peak the interest of every American hearing this story.
How could a foreign, non-english speaking, immigrant obtain a commercial driver’s license in America. The process to obtain a CDL (commercial driver’s license) in the state of Ohio is a rigorous one. According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, in order to get a CDL you must:
“Programs for Class A vehicles consist of at least 80 hours (or 40 hours for class B) combining classroom, range and road training.”
How could an immigrant who speaks zero English pass potentially 80 hours of classroom work, range work, and road training? All of which is presumably in the English language. This begs the question, how did this guy get into the country?
The answer: Biden. Asrarov entered the country under the Biden administration years of “visa lottery programs”. This is just one of the millions let in under Biden. According to JD Vance, the number of illegal migrants let in under Biden could be as high as “20 to 30 million”. The Trump administration is just as confused about how these migrants are obtaining CDL’s as you are. According to a Fox interview with Tom Homan (the Trump Admin. Border Czar), they are aware of the issue. They announced that there is a: “crackdown on illegal immigrant commercial driver’s licenses, announcing over 28,000 revocations by May 1, 2026.” All we can do is pray that the Trump administration is able to crack down on these illegal migrants with CDLs before another tragedy strikes.
