The structural metric of the network reset has begun. Due to the shift that is now clearly
underway, this SPECIAL ALERT will also serve as my JMC Weekly Commentary. This
is a “heads up – buckle up” notification and alert. This is not a RED ALERT. This is not
to instill fear but rather to inform. Share this far and wide.
Expand your thinking. We need to understand just how complex and far-reaching this
operation is. Many people think about arrests, Epstein etc. but beyond that, we need to
understand that the transformation is taking place on so many levels that hardly anyone
notices. A systemic change doesn’t just take place in the legal system or the banking

sector as critically important and relevant as these are. Of course, free and fair
elections are fundamental—everything builds on that. But then we must shed light on
every pillar of the Matrix that needs to be changed, because EVERYTHING was built on
fraud—and I mean EVERYTHING! I, as you know, always try to offer a positive outlook
on the future, because the future is beyond bright with the dawning of the Golden Age
upon us but it’s important to mention that most of the things I report on will unfold and
develop over a timeframe of at least ten years. Some issues occurring now in 2026,
2027, 2028, 2029 and then further beyond.
We must understand that we (the awakened people), are  many years ahead of our time
in terms of what we know and the vision we have for a new world. But nevertheless, in
my view, it will all come to pass. That is beyond question, because one thing inevitably
leads to the other. This system is being redesigned from the ground up, and we’re
already seeing it develop and take shape on so many fronts. Follow my “Daily War

NEW PHASE
We have entered a new phase in this battle to restore our Constitutional Republic and
redirect humanity on this course correction. Interferences, glitches and events are
accelerating now and will continue to do so across this world and with no public
warning. Not with a clean explanation from the same structures that helped build the
problem.
It speaks through signals. Small failures. Strange delays. Sudden outages. Broken
access, and unusual restrictions. Be prepared. Stay properly informed. The structural

research from there. Then of course seek your own council. Get grounded. Stay

INTERFERENCE / GLITCHES
Many of you have seen over the past few months the EBS colors flashing across your
television screens as well as the EBS colors having been displayed at the 250 th
celebration event on the White house lawn last month.
Reports in just the past few days are coming in across this world ranging from EBS
alerts in Great Britain across cell phones reportedly concerning wildfires. Reports are coming
in from many places across this world. Platforms acting unstable. Payments slowing down.
Accounts locking. Services disconnecting. ATM’s not working. Information becoming
harder to trust.
These are the signs before the blackout. The old internet does not collapse in one
moment without warning. It cracks first. It shakes first. It becomes unstable first. The
people notice that things no longer work the way they used to. A service goes down. A
bank app freezes. A communication platform fails.
A website disappears. A login stops working. A transaction does not move. A message
does not send. A system that was once trusted suddenly feels fragile. Random
explanations and justifications for these increasing occurrences (and its only just
begun), will run the gamut.
Make no mistake about it, these are tests. These are signs that pressure is building
inside the structure. The old digital rails are overloaded, exposed, attacked, patched,
manipulated, and stretched beyond what they were designed to hold. The foundation is
too weak for the world that is coming. As we transition into a QFS moving away from
UCC, the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) which is a comprehensive set of laws
governing all commercial transactions in the United States. The shift has begun. The
structural metric of the network reset has begun.
We are also witnessing planetary events such as earthquakes most above 7.0 in the
past the past ninety days in Maylasia, Japan, Indonesia, Tonga, Philippines, Mexico,
Columbia, Venezuela, Hawaii, and Spain, to date. While these may very well be mother
nature, with all we have come to learn about DEW, (directed energy weapons) and
other such technologies, never mind biblical prophecy, one must be alert and prepared.

This is why preparation matters. If the signal goes dark, the people must remain calm.
Panic helps the old system. Confusion helps the gatekeepers. Fear makes people easy
to control. Discipline is protection. Get and stay grounded. In talking with Ret. LTC,
Riccardo Bosi of Australia 1, I have concluded, in addition to what I have stated thus far,
that a frequency, a vibration may have been triggered across our planet.
Shifting gears to my friend Juan O’Savin, I have known Juan O’Savin now for seven
years and those that follow my work know that I have spent quite a bit of time with Juan
not only conducting dozens and dozens of interviews over the years, joint speaking
conferences of past, but as well as many face to face personal one on one meetings
with Juan. Sitting down with Juan just two weeks ago in Bangkok for nine hours, I can
tell you I see a change, a change in Juan.
While none of us are read in at the highest levels, say Q+ etc., meaning we are not privy
to top security issues and the full details of the military plan that is unfolding, it is clear to
me and many others that interferences, glitches and events are accelerating. The

USA MID-TERM ELECTION DELAY
The mid-term election delay. I have covered this extensively in the current “Bosi Briefs”,
a recently published three-hour JMC SPECIAL BROADCAST with Juan O’Savin off the
heels of
my meeting with Juan in Bangkok, and a just published JMC SPECIAL BROADCAST
with Professor David Clements. The conclusion and consensus that I for one come to, is
not only that the mid-term may very well be delayed, but it could be delayed for a year
or even longer, possibly much longer.
Again, I refer you to the recently published SPECIAL BROADCASTS one with Professor
David Clements and the other SPECIAL BROADCAST with Juan O’Savin as well as the
“Bosi Briefs” and “Off World w/JMC” that I mentioned earlier. If you follow my
broadcasting now and moving forward, this will begin to make more sense. Again, it
must be this way if we are to restore our Constitutional Republic and redirect humanity
on this course correction. Fear not and hold your ground. Support your President and
CIC. There will be escalating and severe relentless attacks and death threats against
President Trump as he, in the eyes of the enemy, must be removed because their time
is up and they know it. An election pause is essential. They will spin it and try to create
global pressure to get rid of Trump.

EBS AND A WORD OF CAUTION
In addition to all stated thus far, we are also entering the phase of justice revelation. The
disclosure here concerning justice will be presented for the world to see. Some of what
we will witness may be events that have already taken place while other events will be
happening in real time whether by masked individuals (remember central casting), or
the individuals themselves. We can expect the media center to be activated at GITMO
for disclosure and reporting then of course there is the EBS. This is essential and most
beneficial. One can expect additional disruptions and attacks as the Fauci hearings
come to justice in the Nuremberg 2.0 trials that will commence. This in addition to the
Russia Gate election theft collusion with treason committed at the highest levels and all
roads leading to Obama. Remember we are under COG (continuity of government), and
this is a military operation.
Additionally, we have been warned by Juan O’Savin and many others that there are
great financial risks and dangers on multiple economic fronts in this systemic global
financial reset. Using the hurricane metaphor, we are at a category three level heading
towards a category seven. And yes, this is global. GOOTS – Get Out Of The System. I

A word of great caution. In addition to whittling down your sources of content and
information and seeking your own council, I remind you again as Will Barney, Captain
Rob Cunningham, Mel Carmine, me and many others have warned you – there is no
QFS account at present for you to be redirecting any of your funds into.
These are scams and the reports keep coming in of people losing money. One such
person lost $10,000 and another lost $78,000. There is no QFS account access for the
public currently. Ignore and report such scams.
As for the EBS, like I said, none of us are privy to the full plan nor have a seat at the Q+
table. It’s a military operation. Having said that, it is of my belief, my opinion, that the
EBS will not occur until late 2026 and in my view not until sometime 2027. We shall see.
Awareness is protection. Staying connected to official sources is protection. When the
signs appear, do not run into noise. Do not believe every screenshot. Do not trust every
forwarded message. Do not follow panic accounts. Do not give your private keys, wallet
access, seed phrases, passwords, or personal documents to anyone claiming they can
“help” during the confusion.

Scammers move fastest when people are afraid. The first sign of the blackout may not
be darkness. It may be confusion. Confusion in the news. Confusion in financial
systems. Confusion across platforms. Confusion in messaging apps. Confusion around
access, identity, and payments. This is why the people must understand the difference
between a failure and a transition. A failure leaves people abandoned.
A transition requires discipline before the new structure becomes visible. The old
internet is cracking because it was never built to protect the people at the level now
required. It was built on passwords, centralized gates, weak identity, exposed data,
fragile trust, and systems that could be controlled from above. That foundation cannot
carry the next era.
Lasty, we are now being exposed to off-world activity via the tranches of UFO/UAP files
being released and on file since President Dwight D. Eisenhower, that our CIC DJT, has
ordered the DOW to release. This has just begun and in my opinion , we haven’t seen
anything yet. Brace yourself and welcome in disruptive uncomfortable truths on many
fronts. This is underway, inevitable and increasing. The way out is the way through.
QFS A NEW ERA
The structural metric of the network reset has begun. A new digital structure requires
stronger protection. Quantum-safe security. Verified identity. Clean communication.
Protected financial access. Safer movement of value. Less dependence on broken
platforms. Less exposure to scams, theft, censorship, and silent manipulation. This is
why the signs before the blackout matter. They are not the end of the road.
They are the warning before the road changes. They remind the people that the old
system is reaching its limit, and that what comes next must be stronger, safer, cleaner,
and built for the people – not for control. If the signal becomes unstable, remember this:
Stay calm. Stay prepared. Stay patient. Stay connected to official sources.
Protect your accounts. Protect your family. Verify before you act. Do not spread panic.
Do not give power to fear. The loudest voices during confusion are not always the most
truthful ones. The blackout, if it comes, is not the victory of darkness. It is the final
exposure of a system that could no longer hide its weakness. The signs are appearing.
The old signal is weakening. And when the world goes quiet, those who stayed calm will
understand that silence was never the end. It was the moment before the new
connection.
