Those who worked with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are opening up about his strange presidential campaign and one source described it as a “cult-like atmosphere.”
In a new report from the Daily Mail published on Monday, March 9, former campaign aides told the outlet that RFK Jr., 70, cast a “bizarre spiritual spell” on some of the women working for him.
“‘I see you. I understand you. You are a special person…’ These are all things he would say to certain women who worked for him. He really pierces you deep in your soul spiritually,” one source said. “That’s a level of attraction for a lot of women that is way above being hit on by a pervy guy.”
“We would have conversations where it would be like, well, what if we all died at a campaign event? What if there was a bombing?” the source continued. “And the consensus would be like, ‘We would be happy to do it.’ It would be an honor to die for RFK… This was a movement worth dying for.”
Another source added that “a lot of women were in love with him” that it was impossible to understand unless a person “saw how he operated on the inside.”
A third source revealed the Secretary of Health and Human Services’ unusual daily routine.

“I had access to his personal calendar, and he would go for a two–hour hike every morning, and I always thought that was very strange,” the source claimed. “He would make sure nobody bothered him – I mean he would go totally off the grid.”
A representative for RFK Jr. responded to the claims.
“He’s taken one hour hikes each day for the 15 years that I’ve known him. And AA [Alcoholics Anonymous] for one additional hour. And the gym. And he takes daily showers, which may seem bizarre to you,” Tony Lyons told the publication. “He also sleeps 6-7 hours a night. He turns his phone off, which is also bizarre.”
While the campaign was considered “dry,” three former staffers claimed that Kennedy himself broke the rules and showed up to a Christmas party seemingly under the influence.
“He literally, like, showed up high to our company Christmas party,” one alleged. “And everyone was just like, ‘Oh, Bobby, he is silly.’”
However, RFK Jr.’s publicist denied the claims.
“He’s been sober for 45 years, so this is likely disgruntled fired employees,” the publicist told the Daily Mail. “Or maybe they were just mesmerized. He’s known to give people vertigo.”
