Fox News fans turn against Trump after Karoline Leavitt’s 6-word Iran threat

- March 25, 2026

On March 25, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt held a press briefing to discuss the latest developments in the war against Iran, which commenced on February 28

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt made a threat to Iran, which did not look good for President Trump.

On March 25, Fox News halted its regular programming and live-streamed Leavitt’s press briefing. She claimed President Donald Trump, 79, will not end the ongoing conflict unless Iran agrees to his terms. On February 28, the United States partnered with Israel to launch airstrikes at the country in the Middle East.

Leavitt’s threat went viral after the network quoted her words on social media. This comes as Leavitt mocked for bizarre justification for US attack on Iran as MAGA begins to turn on Trump.

The caption stated, “White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt issues a new warning to the Iranian regime and all of America’s enemies.”

“President Trump does not bluff,” she boasted before threatening, “He is prepared to unleash hell.”

However, conservatives did not take Leavitt’s ominous words seriously and mocked the president in response, poking fun at his lack of negotiating skills.

One person wrote, “He bluffs so much that nobody believes him anymore. Hence, she’s trying to convince the Iranians that THIS TIME, he is not bluffing . But it is unlikely they believe her, because he’s bluffing so much,” before another person cynically added, “I thought Trump had won this war five times already?”

A third said, “President Trump is lying, constantly. Do not listen to what he or his press secretary are saying.”

Despite the criticism, Leavitt still had one supporter who agreed with her and cheered, “She’s right! President Trump doesn’t bluff! He’s a man of action.”

At the end of the press conference, Leavitt discussed the war with Iran and the ongoing congressional stalemate regarding funding for parts of the Homeland Security Department. She then took questions from reporters.

When one reporter asked skeptically about Iran’s “regime change,” Leavitt was quick enough to shut down the question.

“The president yesterday said that he had achieved regime change in Iran because the regime has changed,” the reporter before he was cut off when he said, “In terms of.”

“I mean, has it not?” she asked. “Well, their leadership,” he tried to say before she cut him off again.

“Their entire leadership has been killed,” Leavitt smiled, interrupting. “Nobody has seen or really legitimately heard from this alleged new leader. So, wouldn’t you say there has been a change in the regime?”

“There’s been a change in leadership,” he agreed with her, but Leavitt shut him down before he could ask a follow-up question.

“There has been a change in the regime leadership, which is what the president said. Thank you for confirming he is right,” she said before moving on.
