A the Gateway Pundit reported earlier this evening, Alex Vindman, a key architect of the Trump impeachment and Ukraine Hoax, got badly beaten in the Florida Democratic Primary by a socialist candidate named Angie Nixon, even though he outraised her by millions.
It’s an embarrassing defeat for Vindman:
Retired Lt. Col. Alex Vindman, the National Security Council official who became a star witness in the 2019 impeachment circus over the Ukraine call, was defeated Tuesday night in the Democratic primary for the U.S. Senate seat in Florida.
Progressive state Rep. Angie Nixon, a Democratic Socialists of America member, scored the upset victory.
Vindman had been heavily favored by party establishment types and far outraised his opponent. He pulled in more than $16 million while Nixon raised under $1 million.
