GATEWAY PUNDIT – Fox News reported on Tuesday that Navy Vice Admiral Shoshana Chatfield, the only woman on NATO’s military committee, was fired over the weekend, reportedly as part of a larger effort to purge wokeness from the Pentagon.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth made the final call last week, but whether President Trump was involved is unclear.
The conservative American Accountability Foundation, which first asked the Pentagon to terminate Chatfield, has noted her history of woke statements. For example, during a Women’s Equality Event back in August 2015, Chatfield boasted about how “diversity is our strength” and called for investing in gender equality and women’s empowerment.
