While I do believe the Top Men are on the ground, I question which side they’re assisting.
This the problem I have pointed out earlier. The quantity and quality of people working on an investigation led by the FBI is irrelevant when an investigation is being led by the FBI.
Patel fails to grasp this concept, or simply doesn’t care, when he makes these statements. Whether he does so due to incompetence or in bad faith is irrelevant. In the end the result is the same. People don’t trust the outcomes produced by entities they have no trust in.
