But here’s the thing: the notice didn’t arrive in real time. According to Scavino, it landed in his inbox after the 2024 election was already over and just weeks before Team Trump moved back into the White House.

The “warning” email is a huge red flag and should set off alarm bells. Clearly, this is part of a much bigger pattern unfolding around key Trump-world figures. And this latest drop from Dan has everybody wondering who else received the same notice and hasn’t spoken publicly about it, or, God forbid, doesn’t know yet.
According to Scavino, the timing of the Google warning suggests that Biden officials were busy “cleaning up” loose ends and didn’t realize the alert would be sent. Maybe they thought whatever they were up to would stay buried?
These types of legal demands happen, but context is everything.
Scavino wasn’t just any private citizen. He was (and still is) Trump’s longtime loyalist and a senior political figure. He worked closely with President Trump during one of the most aggressively targeted political periods in modern American history… after all, who can forget Obama’s SpyGate?
When the same weaponization and lawfare keep being unleashed in one political orbit, people start putting the pieces together, and the picture becomes clear: the federal government has been turned against the American people.
Think about it. If a key figure as high-profile as Dan Scavino received this kind of warning years after the fact, how many less visible Americans may have received similar letters without all the public fanfare? How many of us have been watched simply because we’re supporters of President Trump? It makes you wonder if we should all start filling out FOIA requests.
In fact, Weaponization Watch recently reported on another disturbing development that sounds creepily familiar to this one. That blog involved senior Trump allies Kash Patel and Susie Wiles.
The story you’re about to hear paints a picture of sweeping weaponized justice, and it raises more serious questions about how federal power was being wielded behind the scenes during one of the most politically charged sham investigations in modern history.
The timeline in this story matters a lot, mainly because it establishes the political environment where all of this unfolded. According to Reuters, the FBI’s sketchy activity took place smack in the midst of the Biden administration and during Special Counsel Jack Smith’s aggressive targeting of Trump.
The FBI subpoenaed records of phone calls made by Kash Patel and Susie Wiles, now the FBI director and White House Chief of Staff, when they were both private citizens in 2022 and 2023 during the federal probe of Donald Trump, Patel told Reuters on Wednesday.
In other words, this wasn’t some ancient history or dusty leftover investigation. This was recent, very politically sensitive, and aimed at two high-level power players closely tied to Trump at the exact moment he was mounting his epic return to political power. And the type of data investigators pulled is also raising eyebrows. But it’s nothing we haven’t seen before. We all remember Obama’s SpyGate, right?
Reuters points out that investigators obtained technical goodies on Kash Patel and Susie Wiles that are used to map networks and timelines. The FBI didn’t just interview witnesses or review public records. They went directly to the phone logs tied to Kash Patel and Susie Wiles, pulling data that allowed them to reconstruct who was in contact with whom and when those connections occurred.

When you really sit back and look at this entire picture, one thing is clear: many people closely aligned with Trump have been subject to federal data collection while he was mounting his political comeback. In Scavino’s case, the notice surfaced after the election had already been decided. In the Patel and Wiles matter, it happened during the fight and at the height of Jack Smith’s sham investigation.
Again, how many other Americans have been swept up in similar data searches without ever knowing, and how many will learn about it years later after gag orders expire?
