The Vigilante Pendulum & The Anatomy of Justice

Albert Einstein said: ‘In matters of truth and justice, there is no difference between large and small problems, for issues concerning the treatment of people are all the same.’

So whether it’s a human rights violation, ethical lapse, or injustice on a micro or macro scale, the fundamental breach of human dignity is identical. (And if you don’t believe me, Ask the nearest screaming child who feels injustice and she’ll tell you all about it…and you may not hear the end of it until things are ‘made right!’)

Now, if you’ve been anywhere near the internet over the last few weeks, you know things are feeling a little bit like the Wild, Wild West out there. Case in point: Elon Musk decides to drop an unrated, essentially banned independent thriller called ‘Citizen Vigilante’ onto X for a free 48-hour streaming party. (It’s like he dropped this banned movie on X like a digital Robin Hood just to watch the chaos in the comments section!) (I saw it and had some real emotions going on there…in regards to maybe the good use of vigilantes in some cases, etc…)

And naturally, the internet did what the internet does best: it completely lost its collective mind! Half the comments section treated the movie like a cinematic masterpiece. And the other half treated it like a literal, step-by-step survival guide for taking over your local neighborhood watch.

Look, we love a good rebel-tech publicity stunt as much as the next podcast, but it got me thinking about the actual human psychology behind why everyone is so obsessed with these rogue-hero stories right now.

I mean, WHY is this movie getting so much attention? Awareness is good, and safety is good. (People absolutely need to be prepared for anything in these crazy times!) But the real issue here I think is that people need justice right now. And for most, there is the fact that they do not feel they are receiving it. And let’s be honest, that is gettin’ real old.

To understand why this is happening, we have to look at the anatomy of the human spirit and an organ we all share: the thyroid.

According to the deep research of Dr. Dean G. Allen, PhD, the thyroid isn’t just a gland that controls how fast you burn off your morning donut. From a deeper, spiritual perspective, the thyroid is actually the metabolic engine of Justice.

Think of your thyroid as your body’s somatic ‘check engine’ light.
When things are aligned and fair in your life, you feel that relaxed, 3-D flowing physical coherence. But when you are enduring injustice (whether it’s systemic, or just massive relationship disharmony or financial pressure) your thyroid flips the switch on that free-floating, 4-D emotional signal we call Anxiety. Anxiety isn’t a bug in your system; it’s a prompt from your spirit demanding that you take action to metabolize energy and make things right.

But here is where the ‘dragon’ of distortion comes in (because it’s a ‘drag’ on your Spirit). When we humans are starved for real justice, the dragon wants to push us into a ‘too much or not enough’ version of it, leaving us wishing we had real justice for our Spirit. And when this happens – instead of that ‘straight and narrow path’ of how things actually work to regenerate our internal, consciousness organ/gland energy system? Our response tends to swing like a wild pendulum between two completely useless extremes.

On one side of the pendulum, you have Too Much. To demonstrate this, remember that song by the Dixie Chicks about 2 women trying to deal with a wife beater? It was called: ‘Earl’s Gotta Die.’ And this rogue, citizen vigilante impulse is where the degenerative dragon energy can take us. (To where people take matters into their own hands outside the bounds of the laws we have agreed upon in our society)

Unless someone comes a-callin’ at your front door, becoming a vigilante only makes our system worse. Why you say? Well, allow me to suggest to you why. Because if what you are doing is not fair, it will boomerang, and you will get the same effect of the ones who will come back and want to shoot you! The unfairness will create the boomerang pattern, and that can be an endless process. See the problem?

The whole idea of a justice and court system is exactly what is needed, and that’s why it was created in the first place. But if it has been compromised? Then…well, it has to be fixed, right?

So, we covered the ‘too much’ pendulum swing and why that doesn’t work.

Now we get to talk about how that dragon pendulum has a tendency to swing all the way to the other side…and instead of ‘Too Much?’…we’ve got ‘Not Enough!’ This is when we become obsessed with talking about injustice. And talking some more…and well, doing absolutely nothing about getting justice.

You’ve seen ‘em…these are the ‘Couch Commanders.’ They will spend fourteen hours a day in a Facebook comments section, typing in ALL CAPS about global conspiracies, but they do exactly nothing to fix anything. (They won’t even show up for local jury duty because they want to stay home and watch Netflix.)

See how neither of these can satisfy a Spirit that actually wants and needs justice to make the thyroid healthy again? A Spirit will do what they can to at least try and find an honest lawyer (which is tricky business)…but they will show some belief in the system, lay down the money, get in front of a Judge, and attempt to find justice legally.

But here’s the problem. Right now, the areas many of us are in cannot provide justice, and in some countries, many people have run out of options altogether.

Here in America, we are learning that our justice system is skewed in some places as well, to say it nicely. We find that many police and judges are secret handshakers who will never go against their own, and none of that is okay because it gets us no closer to the just that We the People deserve, either.

On the whole, even with Trump appointing a lot of Constitutional judges (something he deems one of his greatest accomplishments in his first term); we are unfortunately witnessing a system full of non-Constitutional lawyers whose real loyalty is to a Corporation instead of We the People. And some of these judges are socialists, communists, Nazis, pedos, masons, and KKK members. So, if that’s the door you’ve knocked on to find justice? Well, good luck. Because in some places, embedded right into what should be a legal system, we find instead…their own ‘legal’ but ‘unlawful’ version of a ‘vigilante’ system that does not serve the human spirit in any way, shape or form.

So when this happens, what do we do? Well, just be glad we have a 2nd amendment and a partially working justice system still. Some countries have none of that left and are left to a grifted police state!

When faced with deep frustrations over the legal system, it is vital for We the People to understand that our constitutional framework leaves no room for any form of vigilante justice (whether that means individuals taking the law into their own hands, or expecting the military to step in and override civilian authority).

Our founding fathers intentionally designed a system where the military is strictly subordinate to civilian rule. This means the armed forces possess NO legal authority to take over the government or dismantle the courts, even when people feel the traditional branches are failing.

So expecting or calling for a military intervention is, in itself, a form of looking outside the law for solutions rather than doing the hard work of fixing the system from within. (This is if we are a Republic…if we are still in a Maritime law/Corporate system, we would need a Sovereign leader to lead us toward a We the People Constitutional government. You know, like a literal King to do the job of getting us our rights, already gone…BACK.

In a Republic and Constitutional way for We the People, true civic responsibility means realizing that We the People are the ultimate guardians of justice. And that responsibility cannot be outsourced to a rogue group or a military force. Our laws, such as the Posse Comitatus Act, strictly prevent the military from acting as a domestic police force precisely to protect citizens from martial overreach.

When the justice system feels compromised or broken, the constitutional path forward requires active, peaceful civic engagement: demanding transparency from local officials, participating in the legal process through jury duty and voting, and holding institutions accountable through the courts. By channeling our energy into these lawful, structural avenues, we protect the foundations of our Republic and ensure that the pursuit of real justice does not degenerate into chaos.

Right now, in this movie, we still don’t have a Save America Act signed yet by our Congress! Instead of watching our institutions collapse, we may be seeing the overdue dismantling of a flawed legal system – shifting away from elitist traditions and bringing the courts back to their true, foundational constitutional purpose. And this is the very definition of vigilante justice that has worked against us.

And I want to point out what this ‘Elon 2.0’ persona is doing by pointing his finger at this ‘movie.’ Because Elon 2.0 is working on this movie, apparently. And whatever he points at is usually important. What if the military is using all these ‘personas’ that people out there can relate to…voted for, etc… People who may or may NOT BE GOOD PEOPLE as their 1.0 versions. But consider that because of their influence? They are being used in this movie.

If so, then why would the military choose this option? Well, just remember that the elite always used this tactic against us for countless generations. Why? Because it worked. People love their idols. And because it has always worked, why not use those exact same tactics against the enemies of humanity for the opposite result? That would make sense, wouldn’t it?

And think about it…Elon Musk was a perfect persona to get the word out about USAID because of he and his team of techies and their brilliance and accuracy! He also shined light on the money laundering and the problems with the car industry, and the smart tech industry’s diabolical plans against humanity.

So, consider what this Elon 2.0 has taught us in this movie so far just this year alone about money laundering and the abuses of USAID! And right now, right on ‘Q’…it looks like the military is using his 2.0 to point at the problems with ‘Vigilante Justice’ at the same time people are looking heavily at the Supreme court and the entire, unconstitutional legal and Bar so called ‘justice’ systems.

This is happening at the same time all eyes are looking at those old corroded systems and where their REAL LOYALTIES to Corporations instead of Constitutions have been. And this lukewarm version of justice (the Brunson case being set aside comes to mind)..and how some cases who make it all the way to the Supreme Court STILL don’t even get heard these days? Like Dean’s mom would say: ‘It’s just not right!’

All jokes and internet commentary aside, the frustration people are feeling right now is completely real. The collective anxiety we feel is a demand for real balance. The answer isn’t chaos.

So yeah…right now, in this movie, the Supreme Court decisions are UP…so we can do our due diligence and dress them DOWN. (And in my opinion, those long black robes have hidden behind the Light LONG ENOUGH!)

Martin Luther King said: ‘True peace is not merely the absence of tension; it is the presence of justice.’ So just remember that a quiet lukewarm ‘almost’ system isn’t the same thing as actual rightness.

So, it’s time to keep shining light on these issues so that our collective Spirit can receive justice. I don’t know about you, but I once thought we had that securely in place, but time has told me that apparently we do not.

We either fix this in a rational manner. And address a sick and dying legal and justice system while we still have time to do it? Or, we might not like the result if we just sit around complaining and doing nothing. Or, even worse, we decide to go rogue, and cause a boomerang of Vigilante Justice against our Spirit (that could take lifetimes to fix!).

To those who complain and do nothing…Frank Herbert said: ‘People who do Not demand justice for themselves are no better than animals that do not know they are being mistreated!’

And we’re not animals. We may act like it sometimes, but let’s face it is high time to get to work and let those practicing their legal craft know that a broken system is unacceptable if it denies us the justice we deserve. Either that – or we end up with perfect dragon system of unending trauma. We need to let them know we have our eyes on them, and this lukewarm approach is not going to work for us anymore.

Why? Because we are humans with a thyroid consciousness system that demands real justice or it remains out of balance! And while this movie Vigilante Justice felt like justice to those who have not been able to receive justice? Keep in mind that this creates even more injustice!

‘Justice’ where the rogue hero looks cool in a leather jacket and always has the perfect one-liner is greatl. But in reality, a lot of times real justice looks like hiring a lawyer who charges $300 an hour just to file paperwork that takes six months to read. And it’s frustrating as heck. And there’s no doubt at this point that there are broken parts of the system (like justice going to the highest bidder). But consider that the Body’s own Divine Wisdom advocates fixing things the right way. It’s that center lane, the straight and narrow path of least resistance to Spirit Lifeforce energy (vs. the pendulum swing of the ‘too much’ or the ‘not enough!’). Because this straight and narrow path of True Justice is the one that regenerates us and is far better for us long term… vs. allowing our society to collapse into lawlessness.

I’m thinking every city can come up with a better option than allowing our society to do that and maybe we can fire Congress if they refuse to do their jobs. Maybe We the People can get our heads together and fight for a system (that isn’t so expensive and Corporate) with Constitutional councils that fight for a version of Real Justice that even a poor widow or single mother, or a trafficking victim can afford.

So, keep your eyes open, keep your wits sharp, and flex your own weights and balances system within you…by letting those in power know that our collective human Thyroids are watching their every move right now and looking for Real justice, not the cheap substitutes on either end of a pendulum swing that degenerates us!

And if it’s not Real Justice we are seeing with the high handed decrees brought down to us from the Supreme Courts and Laws of the land? Then let’s change the laws. And let’s get serious about a feedback system that represents We The People and let them hear from our round table Justice committees in straight up comms that are clear, quick and appropriate, reflecting what We the People think of their so called ‘Vigilante justice’ that doesn’t obey our laws, our Constitution (or even begins to cut the mustard)!

And once again, I invite you to Dean’s dad’s favorite saying: ‘If you can’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything.’ Because this isn’t a time for falling down anymore. It’s a time to stand up, be counted, and make certain we receive the True Justice our thyroids and our Spirits deserve by speaking our Truth.
