Bosi draws on Thomas G. West’s analysis of the American Founding to show that government has a clear responsibility to promote the moral and character development of its citizens.
The constitutional architecture is precise: a rigid written constitution, dual-lock amendment procedures, a permanent National Sovereignty Commission, garden towns of 50,000 to 250,000 inhabitants as the primary locale of everyday governance, assemblies sized according to the cube root law, and explicit constitutional barriers against foreign political funding and external subordination.
