Dems and their media pals keep telling everybody they feel just dandy about Michigan.
Well, apparently, they feel so confident that they’re dusting off ol’ Barry, and shipping him off to Detroit.
Obama is heading to Michigan later this month to campaign alongside Marxist Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed, whose race against Republican Mike Rogers could help decide which party controls the Senate.
And CNN’s Scott Jennings thinks this Motor City visit is telling us a whole lot more than Dems and their media pals want us to know.
Jennings knows the political game really well. He says parties don’t usually deploy one of their biggest political “celebrities” because everything is going perfectly swell.
They do it because somebody needs help. A lot of help.
And according to Jennings, El-Sayed might need buckets of it.
Jennings says black voters aren’t flocking to El-Sayed, and Obama’s appearance seems like a Hail Mary to try and shore that up.
Dems claim Barry still has enough political juice to move people, but his past record of trying to move the political needle says otherwise. He’s just not good at this… Remember Stacy Abrahams?
Jennings says this visit has Scott’s spidey senses tingling.
Obama heading to Michigan proves Democrats are panicking over Abdul El-Sayed! Scott Jennings nailed it—they wouldn’t drag Obama out if they were actually winning. Mike Rogers is the true patriot in this race. Time to flip Michigan, stun the radical Left, and win BIG for America! 🔥

El-Sayed came out of a pretty brutal Dem primary and is now trying to pull the party back together for the general election against Mike Rogers… and he’s struggling.
And Scott’s not the only one to notice. Bannon’s WarRoom is also discussing El-Sayed’s problems.
STEVE CORTES ON ABDUL EL-SAYED: The Black community will not vote for him. Clearly, the Jewish community will not vote for him. Normally, Democrats can depend on those two demographics.
That is not going to happen this time, and we’re going to win.

If the focus is still on shoring up your own part’s voters, that means your message is likely not reaching independents. And that’s another problem.
New York Post:
Obama taped two dozen ads last week for Democratic candidates for governor and Senate that will be released in the coming days and weeks, in addition to more campaign stops soon to be announced.
He appeared earlier this year in a campaign ad with Iowa Senate candidate Josh Turek and campaigned in Texas with Senate candidate James Talarico and the candidate for governor, Gina Hinojosa. This week, he will headline a Washington fundraiser supporting Democratic Senate candidates.
[…]
Now the Oct. 24 rally with Obama, the first black president, could give El-Sayed a boost on the first day of Michigan’s required early in-person voting period. Obama spoke with El-Sayed by phone following his primary victory.
It will also be a boost for the other candidates in what is one of the most consequential elections in recent Michigan history. There are open races for governor, secretary of state and attorney general, in addition to control of the state legislature being at play.
Benson, who will also appear with Obama, is facing Republican Rep. John James in the race for governor.
Dems are likely looking at internal problems in Michigan and deciding now would be a very good time to call in Barry.
A sitting president like Trump is expected to hit the campaign trail for candidates. That’s nothing new.

But Mr. Obama’s schedule is getting awfully busy for a retired president… especially in Michigan.
