THE PAPERWORK BOOMERANG: How the U.S. Corporation Was Foreclosed Upon

Thomas Jefferson wrote the iconic words: ‘We hold these truths to be self evident…’ He penned them in 1776 as the primary author of the United States Declaration of Independence.

Jefferson’s choice of the words “self-evident” was actually a powerful rhetorical move. In the original draft, when talking about Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness, he initially wrote “We hold these truths to be sacred & undeniable,” but it was later changed (with input from Benjamin Franklin himself) to “self-evident”—meaning these truths are so fundamentally obvious that they require absolutely no external proof or debate to be validated. They stand completely on their own authority!

Think of the words ‘shot across the bow!’ And in this case, if the ship is Maritime laws…and the shot was over the bow of the ship? That visual begins to look like the replacement of Maritime laws with Something Else, doesn’t it? It’s almost like a boomerang.

Today, I’m going to share my shot over the bow. It’s a premise that suggests that Maritime Laws have been replaced, the corporation is now defunct and that the Truth about all this is emerging in so many ways, that this can’t be called ‘conspiracy’ anymore.

Just the unvarnished TRUTH. Divine in its origin.

In order to get what I’m saying, I invite you into a discussion on the level of parsec and syntax that matches up with the unalienable rights of a human being.

For the past eight years, you’ve been watching the news and thinking, ‘This is a circus. The political system is broken, the courts are compromised, and the world is running on pure madness.’ But what if I told you the circus isn’t a failure? What if it’s a Theater of Recognition? What if the reason the system looks like it’s eating itself is because it is?

Today, we are stepping back to 1913, grabbing our calculators, and looking at the ultimate ‘Boomerang’ theory—how a secret alliance – just might be using the cabal’s own corporate rulebook to foreclose on the whole rotten structure.

1: The 1913 Hijack (The Corporate Trap)

Let’s start with the history they actually teach you, and then look at the math. In 1913, the game was changed. The Federal Reserve Act was passed, the income tax was introduced, and suddenly, the original Constitutional Republic was quietly shifted onto a life-support system of central banking.

According to this premise, the United States was effectively converted into a commercial corporation. And how do corporations control you? Well, they don’t use raw force; they use contracts, legalese, and administrative rules. Like a bait and switch…what if they tricked us into thinking we were free Americans, while under the hood, they shifted the jurisdiction to Maritime, Gold-Fringed, Commercial Law.

In this way, they traded your birthright freedom for a corporate employee handbook. And for a century, in this game? Well, the house always won.

Until the contract expired!

2: The Logic of the Parse-Syntax Weapon

Now, let’s go deep into the mechanics of the fight. If you are fighting a global corporate beast that controls the courts and the money, you can’t beat them with standard politics. You can’t beat them with their judges. So what do ya do?

You have to trap them in their own grammar. Enter the late David Wynn Miller and Russell Jay Gould’s concepts of Quantum Grammar and Parse-Syntax.

If you look at the comedy of standard legalese. It’s written in what theorists call ‘modified adverb-verb grammar’—it’s slippery, it’s full of fiction, and it’s designed for one thing: To confuse you. But Parse-Syntax? Well, that’s different. It’s a mathematical language built entirely on nouns and absolute facts. Now, if this theory is correct, the ‘White Hats’ aren’t fighting with bullets; they are fighting with unassailable paper.

Under maritime law, if you serve a corporation with a mathematically perfect contract written in Parse-Syntax, and they cannot refute it using facts? Well, they default! The theory goes that the cabal has been systematically served, parsed, and boxed into a legal corner behind the scenes. They are paralyzed by the very paperwork system they engineered to control us. That is the literal definition of a boomerang, folks!

3: Landing the Ship via the Post Office

But wait, how does an executive actually execute this without the corporate Congress stopping him? This is where we land the landing, folks, and it involves the most boring building in your town: The Post Office.

Think about it. Before the Constitution, before the central banks, what existed to handle global commerce? The international postal system and the Universal Postal Union. And just like today, every contract, every bankruptcy filing, every treaty has to be delivered and recorded through a postal venue. (And right now, I want to think about the ‘delivery’ system within you. Now, back to our discussion on this.)

The core of this possibility is that when the corporate U.S. government went bankrupt, the office of the sovereign Postmaster General became vacant. By capturing that postal jurisdiction through Title 4 flag filings, the alliance took legal custody of the nation’s true assets.

So when you see the military aligning with Trump, or you see the White House posting specific signs like the 1777 Revolutionary flag or emphasizing the Title 4 Flag in the Pledge, they aren’t just being patriotic. In this framework, those are Jurisdictional Markers. They are signaling to the world: ‘The corporate charter of 1913 is dead. We are operating under the original, uncompromised contract of the Republic, backed by the true sovereign postal authority.

Now it could have been an accident that so many things happened in 1913 by that small group of bankers that wanted to take over the world. Let’s see…in one year, We lost our financial freedom to the Fed, we got the Income Tax, the Rockefeller Foundation (that’s the same company that took over our medical and education systems), not to mention how the only people against this financial coup and takeover of America somehow ended up not getting the memo beforehand about the Titanic going down. But, that could all have been just a coincidence, right?

4. So What is Parse Syntax?

And why does this matter on the public stage? This Parse Syntax? Well, I’m gonna tell you why: Because standard legalese is a language of fiction. It uses adverbs and verbs to create illusions of authority. Like the term Federal. The fed is about as federal as Federal Express! It is designed so that the bank always owns your house, and the government always owns your labor. But Parse-Syntax is a mathematical language composed strictly of nouns and facts. It has no assumptions, no hidden clauses, and no fiction.

If this theory is correct, the Trump administration and the military alliance didn’t walk into Washington to pass new bills. They walked into Washington carrying a briefcase full of mathematically unassailable contracts written in perfect parse-syntax.

And here’s the beauty of it: When a corporate entity—whether it’s the Federal Reserve, the IRS, or the UN—is served with a factual contract that proves their original 1913 fraud, and they cannot refute it using equal mathematical logic, they enter into a status of permanent administrative default.

They are trapped. If they acknowledge the paperwork, they admit their corporation is foreclosed. If they ignore the paperwork? They default under international maritime law. This is the ultimate legal boomerang: using the exact contract laws they created to enslave the public, only this time? It quietly boxes them into an absolute legal corner.

5. The Show in the Foreground

So why are we still seeing the drama on TV? Because a century-old corporate illusion doesn’t vanish overnight without causing mass panic. The public theater has to keep running while the baseline plumbing is completely replaced underneath. (Kind of like what’s going on under the White House layers underneath in the form of a ‘Ballroom’ being built.)

The old guard is being cleaned out because their corporate authority has been completely foreclosed on paper, and the military is simply enforcing the lawful, original contract of a Sovereign Republic.

And the thing about the Truth here…this Tsunami of Truth is that it explains everything. It explains the visits with foreign dignitaries—specifically, the historic interactions with the British Monarchy.

Remember the global media meltdown when Trump walked in front of Queen Elizabeth during his royal visit? Or later, the highly specific protocols displayed when interacting with King Charles? The media spent three days talking about “royal etiquette breaches.” Oh, he walked two steps ahead of the Queen! Oh, he didn’t bow properly! Oh, the horror!

Now if you look at all that through the lens of our 1913 corporate-exit premise. If Trump is just a standard president of a bankrupt U.S. corporation, he is legally a subordinate to the foreign banking interests and royal charters that funded the 1913 transition. He would be required to bow, to follow corporate protocol, and to acknowledge the sovereignty of the Crown over the American corporate asset.

But if he is standing there as the Commander-in-Chief of a restored, sovereign Constitutional Republic under a Title 4 Flag? Backed by a captured postal jurisdiction? He is an equal sovereign, if not a superior one based on the foreclosure paperwork. Walking in front of the monarch isn’t a “gaffe.” It is a massive, highly calculated visual signal to the global banking families watching the broadcast. It is a public declaration that says: The colonial corporate contracts are dead. The debt slavery system of 1913 is canceled. America is no longer an asset on your ledger.

It also helps that the bees landed on his hand as if to give their approval of the new excuse me…OLD ownership…of the True Representative Sovereign Republic.

Every single event was designed to look like a joke to the uninitiated, while delivering an absolute sledgehammer of a message to the people running the old system behind the scenes. And isn’t that brilliant!

6. THE COVID BOOMERANG—FLIPPING THE GLOBAL SCRIPT

If the alliance was quietly foreclosing on the corporate government on paper, the cabal had to launch a counter-move to save their system. This brings us to the events of 2020 and the deployment of COVID-19.

From a systemic perspective, the pandemic was the ultimate attempt by the central banking apparatus to print their way out of insolvency. The corporate global economy was collapsing under the weight of its own unpayable debt. (Those type of systems are only supposed to last a little over a hundred years.) They needed a massive, global emergency to justify locking down production, resetting the financial system, expanding administrative government control, and permanently stripping away the First and Second Amendments under the guise of “public safety.”

It was supposed to be their final checkmate. But instead, it became the grandest boomerang of them all.

Watch how the executive branch handled the crisis. Instead of fighting the lockdowns through standard political screaming matches, the administration did something brilliant: they nationalized the response via the military and the Defense Production Act.

Remember the phrase we looked at earlier? Laws giving the executive the right to redirect factory manufacturing and resource distribution “as deemed necessary” during national emergencies? Well, the cabal thought they were forcing a crisis that would break the country. Instead, the administration used that exact crisis to trigger executive powers that effectively bypassed the standard corporate federal agencies.

By activating the military logistics networks (like Operation Warp Speed) and utilizing emergency financial declarations, they funneled trillions of dollars directly back into the economic system, effectively short-circuiting the private Federal Reserve’s control over the money distribution lines. They took the cabal’s engineered crisis and used it as a legal umbrella to shield the civilian population, while systematically dismantling the corporate supply chains that the international bankers had relied on to maintain their leverage.

The media thought they were watching a chaotic pandemic response. In reality, they were watching a controlled demolition of the corporate financial overlay, executed under the perfect cover of a global health emergency. Boom, Boom, Boomerang!

7. THE LANDING—THE RESTORATION OF THE CONTRACT

So, where does this leave us, and how do we land this massive ship now that the shot came over the Maritime Bow?

Let’s look at the current state of play. You see aging politicians stepping down or disappearing from the stage due to “poor health choices.” People that I call the poster children for term limits! And maybe being ‘Rommelled.’ You see massive, unprecedented overhauls inside the Pentagon, where standard executive powers are being used to strip the woke distractions out of the military command structure. You see the global financial system fluctuating wildly as nations move away from the fiat petrodollar and back toward asset-backed arrangements.

To the mainstream world, it looks like a chaotic, dangerous transition period. But if you look at the math, it is the natural, inevitable result of a contract expiration. And by the ‘dawn’s early light’…many of us are now seeing it unfold.

The 1913 corporate hack relied on the public remaining entirely unaware of the contract. It relied on you believing that your rights came from a government grant (rather than being inherent, God-given birthrights that no corporate board of directors could ever swap, hand back, or trade away).

The ultimate “Boomerang” isn’t a secret military tribunal happening in a hidden bunker…and maybe more like the ultimate boomerang is that the truth has been laid down in plain sight. By using the exact legalistic syntax, postal venues, and corporate rules that the cabal engineered, the alliance has quietly cleared out the baseline infrastructure of the old system. They have re-anchored the executive power to the original, uncompromised intent of the Sovereign Republic.

My friend John Brown’s assessment of this political theater will probably keep running until the very last corporate contract is completely wound down into the public record. The old guard is throwing everything they have at the wall because they know their legal standing is entirely gone. They are a bankrupt corporation trying to enforce an eviction on the rightful owners of the property.

That’s US. We The People.

8. THE INAUGURAL SPEECH—SERVING THE UNCONVENTIONAL NOTICE

And to demonstrate that, all we have to do is rewind for a moment to January 20, 2017. The public stage was set for the 58th Presidential Inaugural Address. President Trump just won his first Presidency. And the corporate media is expecting the standard, boilerplate political speech: “We must unite, the future is bright, God bless America, please keep paying your taxes.”

But instead, Donald J. Trump stands at the podium and delivers a speech that completely shatters the corporate script. If you look at that speech through the lens of standard politics, it sounded aggressive. But if you look at it through the lens of a Corporate Foreclosure Notice, the wording becomes incredibly precise.

Remember what he said? He didn’t just say he was taking over from the previous administration. He looked directly at the assembled political elite on the stage behind him and he said:

“Today’s ceremony has a very special meaning. Because today, we are not merely transferring power from one administration to another, or from one party to another—but we are transferring power from Washington, D.C. and giving it back to you, the American People.”

Let’s look at the legal geometry of that statement. If the United States government is just a normal, continuous public entity, power doesn’t leave Washington, D.C.—it just changes desks. But if Washington, D.C. is an isolated, 10-square-mile commercial corporate district established under foreign banking control, and extended through the Post Office, then saying you are transferring power out of D.C. and back to the people is a direct declaration of a jurisdictional shift.

He went on to state: “For too long, a small group in our nation’s Capital has reaped the rewards of government while the people have borne the cost. Washington flourished—but the people did not share in its wealth.”

In the vocabulary of corporate restructuring, this is a public declaration of breach of fiduciary duty. He was standing in their venue, using their microphones, telling the corporate board of directors that their management contract was being terminated for fraud.

And then came the visual clues—the “coincidences.” Look at the military personnel surrounding the stage and they turned around and walked out like they’d just been given orders by their Commander in Chief. Look at the strict adherence to specific flag placements. Under the theory of the Title 4 Flag restoration, an executive operating under the original Constitution must signal to the global military apparatus that he is operating under the land jurisdiction of the Republic, not the sea jurisdiction of the corporate maritime entity.

The media called the speech “dark” and “populist.” But to those tracking the paperwork, it was the opening presentation of a default notice. The alliance was telling the global central banking apparatus: We know the corporate charter of 1913 is bankrupt, and we are initiating a Continuity of Government protocol to reclaim the assets.

We don’t need to try and convince anyone of this. The beauty of a mathematical truth is that it doesn’t require your belief to function. The paperwork is filed, the flags are placed, the jurisdiction has been claimed, and the system is being returned to its rightful owners: We, the People.

It answers everything, it fits the timeline, and it turns the past eight years of chaos into a mathematically calculated legal eviction notice (and not just a notice, but an actual eviction, end of discussion).

And just as a side note…for all of you pattern watchers out there. You are well aware as Dean and I are that we can expect certain things to happen if we watch things intensely like this. We may even see an outer version of things coincide with the inner version of things. So, as is so often the case, Dean and I were looking at the mirror image reflection of this very thing. Like the language of parsec and syntax coinciding at the same time the Language of the Body’s Organ Gland energy systems and that message reaching the entire world. And sure enough, it was an ’as above, so below’ moment. Something that would not only be externalized, like the role of the Post Office in the bankruptcy of the company that took us over for over a 100 years. But something internal that might coincide with these Truths that are becoming more and more Self Evident.

Dean G. Allen, Phd said: “The Path of Truth had to be revealed so that We The People could walk on it!” And I’ve watched this particular system of Divine Inner Truth based on the Blueprint of God’s creation, the Human Body with stunned awe ever since I first encountered it in April of 2005.

9.  Self Evident Truth Witnessed as the Lies Are Foreclosed Upon

John Brown asked me if I would cover this subject of parsec and syntax…and I agreed. Because I can’t think of anything more important right now than THIS.

And as it happens, when I read all this to Dean, he said with a smile: Kristy as we’ve named each organ/gland energy system in the body. We have the Thymus that’s now called the Armed services division, it handles our safety, the Colon, is obviously the Sanitation Department, the Thyroid (as I covered in my last podcast) is the Courtroom and think of it…what would we call the delivery system of the body? You know, the Veins and Arteries. And he looked at me and …just like a boomeranged coincidence, he said: How about if we call it ‘The Post Office!?’

And family… it was just one of those moments. When the Universe just brings it all Home. And I don’t know about you? But that my friends is what I call Self Evident Truth.

And whether it’s the Post office delivering the poetic justice of a bankruptcy of a system that stole ours over a hundred years ago. Or whether it’s the veins and arteries running around delivering that good news to all our internal systems telling us we’re FREE AT LAST, FREE AT LAST, FREE AT LAST all at the same time. It does look like the ending to this movie is wrapping up now. And the message from above, below and without as well as within are ringing out the Glad Tidings as well: And that message is the same: The Truth will Set Us Free.

Andy Skadberg (whose also worked on this with John Brown) said: “This, ultimately, is God’s movie. And most of us didn’t even know we were actors. But there was never, ever, ever a possibility that God wouldn’t win, and those of us who follow our heart, and love for God, and Serve the world and humanity, can be assured that we’ll be included in that winning.”

Right now we are seeing the scaffolding of one system coming down and another getting put back up. We are going to be talking more about John Brown’s work: the American Theater: COUP D’ETAT, RECLAMATION, AND RESTORATION OF THE REPUBLIC. And this will coincide with the Great Unraveling of the bankruptcy as well as the Internal Powers that are blossoming within us and the Golden Age that follows.

So keep looking outside as well as inside for that Self Evident Truth, family. But remember that your unalienable rights are not transferred from a government to you. They are inherent IN YOU. And that the Truth (as well as the regenerative actions you choose in this emBODYment for regeneration)…will indeed Set Us Free.
