Donald J. Trump never conceded the election results of 2020 after Mike Pence and congress violated election verification protocol by certifying without verifying.  E.O. 13848 states if there is valid election interference presented before the certification process in-charge (Mike Pence in 2020), that there is 45 days allowed to study the evidence before certifying the vote count. This was denied.
