Political commentator Jesse Kelly and researcher Mike Benz alleged that senior Democratic Party figures planned in advance to provoke a crisis on January 6, 2021, as part of a broader strategy to counter a potential clear victory by President Donald Trump in the 2020 election.The claims were made during an exchange between Kelly and Benz, in which they discussed the motivations behind Democratic leaders’ response to January 6 and the political fallout that followed.“Obviously they don’t think it was an insurrection, and I believe, as I think you do, that they were heavily involved in that day,” Kelly said.“So why’d they go so all in?”Warning: Account balances and purchasing power no longer tell the same story.
