A far-left LGBTQ bondage enthusiast has won the California primary for the seat held by Democratic Rep. Nancy Pelosi.
On Tuesday, Democratic State Senator Scott Wiener was announced as one of the winners of California’s primary election, advancing him to the general election for the 11th Congressional District seat.

Pelosi is not running for re-election.
Wiener received 41.3% of the vote early Wednesday morning, with 44,479 votes, making him one of the primary winners with almost 49% of the total.
Saikat Chakrabarti, a digital entrepreneur and former campaign manager for then-candidate Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and Connie Chan, a member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, are competing for second place and the opportunity to advance to the general election.
Chan had 30,853 votes, or 28.6%, and Chakrabarti had 16,093 votes, or 14.9%, as of early Wednesday morning.
With a packed field of eleven candidates, it was the first genuinely competitive fight for the Northern California seat in almost forty years.

Pelosi, 86, currently serves her 18th term in Congress and is one of the most influential women in American political history.
She was the primary author of the Affordable Care Act and the first female Speaker of the House.
She chose to support Chan late last month rather than Wiener or Chakrabarti.
She gave Chan her endorsement two weeks ago.
Pelosi wore a T-shirt with the words “CONNIE” over her chest when she attended a gathering honoring Chan over the weekend.
Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA) also endorsed Chan.
After his election to the state Senate in 2016, Wiener, 56, authored over 100 bills.
The state Senate Budget Committee is chaired by the Harvard-educated lawyer who aspires to be a member of the new Democratic class in Congress.
He is well-known in Sacramento for his support of fair housing, LGBT rights, and the fight against climate change.
He gained notoriety for opposing President Donald Trump’s directive to deploy National Guard troops to San Francisco, and he has often stated that he would be the most formidable opponent of the current president.
Democrats need a “new kind of leader who is not a part of the establishment, because the establishment has failed us,” according to Chakrabarti, a rich former tech CEO and former chief of staff to Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY).
The leftist politician, who has mostly financed his campaign, has emphasized housing affordability and claimed that his ideas will prevent San Franciscans from being forced to leave the city.
“The centerpiece of my housing plan is creating a federal financing entity that can directly provide low-cost loans to make sure affordable housing actually gets built,” he said. “It can even do things like spin off public developers to build the housing if private markets won’t do it.”
California’s 11th District covers all but the southernmost neighborhoods of San Francisco.

Pelosi announced last year that she would retire at the end of 2026 and not seek a 21st term in Congress.
“I’ve always honored the song of St. Francis — ‘Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace,’ — the anthem of our city,” Pelosi, who is a devout Catholic, says near the end of the mini film.
“That is why I want you, my fellow San Franciscans, to be the first to know: I will not be seeking re-election to Congress,” Pelosi added.
Her announcement comes as Democrats demand that a younger generation take the helm.
