Loomer drops juicy bombshell on activist judge who’s targeting Trump’s agenda…

If you thought lawfare was just about courtroom theatrics and endless sham indictments, think again. The Left has turned activist judges into one of their deadliest weapons, all part of their coordinated, scorched-earth mission to stop President Trump from doing what he was elected to do: reverse Joe Biden’s radical, failed agenda and Make America Great Again.

These aren’t impartial judges. They’re actually foot soldiers in robes who were hand-picked to carry out political hits from the bench. And now, thanks to a bombshell exclusive from investigative bulldog Laura Loomer, we’re getting a firsthand look at just how corrupt and compromised some of these judges really are.

While Trump is fighting to shut down the border and restore law and order and give American people the safety and security they voted for, the left is bending over backwards to protect criminals and gangbangers and coddle illegals. And that brings us to California US District Court Judge Jennifer L. Thurston, a 2021 Biden appointee who just blocked the Trump administration from arresting illegals unless they have a formal warrant. Yes, this was a wildly dangerous ruling all by itself… but it gets worse. Laura went digging and found some damning videos from the judge’s hubby that should make Judge Thurston step aside.

Thurston, the judge who just ruled that President Trump’s administration can’t arrest any more illegal aliens unless they have a warrant for their arrest, is a multifamily real estate broker in California who caters to the illegal alien and immigrant community, and makes Instagram videos about how Donald Trump’s mass deportations and immigration policies are bad for multifamily real estate brokers and investors.

Judge Thurston was appointed by @JoeBiden in 2021.

This is a massive CONFLICT OF INTEREST that casts doubt on Judge Thurston’s April 29th, 2025 issuance of a preliminary injunction forbidding the US Border Patrol from conducting warrantless immigration stops throughout a wide swath of California. This injunction applies to Kern County, California, including Bakersfield, CA, where Judge Thurston’s husband is in business as a multi-family real estate broker.

@LoomerUnleashed @CcpSkipTracer, Marc Thurston stated on his Instagram account in multiple videos he filmed this year since President Trump’s inauguration, that deportations of “undocumented immigrants” would harm the local rental market in Bakersfield, directly affecting his business, which relies on immigration enforcement outcomes since over 15,000 “undocumented workers” as he calls them, work in the Central Valley of California, and many of these illegals reside in multi-family housing where Marc Thurston and his wife Judge Jennifer Thurston live in California.

Judge Jennifer L. Thurston should have recused herself from the Trump admin case due to bias and personal financial gain resulting from her ruling, which benefits her husband’s business.

According to the “Federal Judiciary and Judicial Procedure” guidelines that all US Federal Judges are required to follow, a judge is required to recuse themselves from a case if they find themselves conflicted with any of the following rules below:

28 U.S.C. § 455(a): Requires recusal if a reasonable person, knowing all facts, might question the judge’s impartiality.

28 U.S.C. § 455(b)(4): Mandates recusal if the judge’s spouse has a financial interest that could be substantially affected by the case’s outcome.

Both of these apply to Judge Jennifer Thurston.

She is another example of Leftist, Biden-appointed activist judge.

Judge Thurston needs to RECUSE herself.

As Laura pointed out, under federal judicial guidelines, judges are supposed to recuse themselves if their impartiality could reasonably be questioned or if their spouse has a financial interest tied to the case. In Judge Thurston’s situation, actually both rules apply.

Yet here she is, issuing rulings that just happen to benefit her husband’s business and the open-borders crowd? Why are we allowing this to go on? This isn’t justice. This is corruption in plain sight.

Laura’s right; Judge Thurston should recuse herself… and she probably knows it. Which makes this next bombshell even more telling. In another X post, Laura revealed that Judge Thurston’s husband has now deleted the very videos she exposed.

That’s not the move of someone with nothing to hide, is it?

This case is a textbook example of why so many Americans have lost trust in the anti-justice system.

A federal judge with a clear conflict of interest is ruling on a case that could directly benefit her own household, and nothing is being done about it. Meanwhile, the people who are supposed to hold the line – Republicans – are mostly silent.

Laura Loomer is doing the kind of investigative work we should be seeing from our politicians. But we’re not, and that needs to change.

Every judge involved in these politically charged cases should be vetted, questioned, and have their gavel held to the fire. No more rubber-stamping or activist rulings without some kind of consequences. If we’re serious about getting President Trump’s agenda back on track, we need our politicians to start pushing back for real.

Hold Republicans accountable. Ask them why they’re not fighting harder. Because without real pressure, this pattern isn’t going to stop anytime soon.
