There have been whispers and allegations about illegal ballot harvesting in California for eons. It’s been around a decade or so of people saying something feels off, especially in places where oversight isn’t happening and vulnerable populations are easy targets.

Places like California’s Skid Row.

Now, thanks to investigative journalist James O’Keefe, we’re getting a look at what might actually be going on behind the scenes in the left-wing plot to ballot harvest votes from desperate, vulnerable homeless people.

O’Keefe and his team went undercover on Skid Row. They posed as homeless people, and what they captured on hidden camera is exactly the kind of sketchy stuff people have been warning about… a system where signatures and voter registrations are being collected in exchange for cash, cigarettes, and even drugs.

Now, can you see why the SAVE Act is so important? This is exactly why election integrity laws are the number one conversation right now.

Because if this is happening right out in the open on Skid Row, it’s not a stretch to think it’s happening elsewhere too. That’s the problem with a system this easy to game.

One of the ways President Trump is trying to close the election gaps is with the SAVE Act, which focuses on many common sense/simple but critical points. Starting with making sure voters can actually verify who they are.

19th News:

The bill also requires a photo ID with visible expiration dates to vote in federal elections, including driver’s licenses, military IDs and tribal identification cards. Currently, many states do not require voters to present photo ID before casting an in-person ballot, and others accept documents like college student IDs or utility bills.

Mail-in voters would need to start submitting copies of their identification as well.

Obviously, that last part matters, which is why Dems (and RINOs) are fighting this so hard.

Since the COVID debacle, Dems have used the mail-in ballot machine to wreak havoc on our elections.

There are so many sketchy questions surrounding all these mail-in ballots, especially how signatures are collected, so adding an ID requirement makes perfect sense to any fair-minded person. Why wouldn’t you?

But President Trump wants to take it a step further than that.

19th News:

Trump has said he wants to add even more provisions, including a ban on mail-in ballots, with exceptions.

If a massive chunk of Americans believe the system can be manipulated through loosey-goosey verification or questionable “collection” methods, then trust goes out the window real fast. And once that’s gone, it’s almost impossible to get back.

Which brings us back to what O’Keefe’s team says they uncovered on Skid Row.

Because if what’s on that footage is 100 percent accurate, it’s not just a bad look for the left and California. It’s a sneak peek into how these left-wing NGOs actually work on the ground.

O’Keefe and his team went deep undercover onto Skid Row and approached people who were collecting signatures for petitions and voter registrations. Many NGO workers were caught on hidden camera offering cash, cigarettes, and marijuana in exchange for signatures.

Many of these homeless people didn’t seem to understand what they were even signing. They were just told to sign, and they’d get something in return.

NGO workers also admitted they get paid per signature, which gives them an incentive to get as many people to sign as humanly possible.

And as you can imagine, some people were told to use fake addresses when filling out forms.

CALIFORNIA ELECTIONS FRAUD CASH FOR BALLOTS PART I: Homeless Bribed with Cash & Drugs In Exchange For Registering To Vote & Signing Election Petitions Caught On Tape Undercover On Skid Row In California.

“You can just put Pinocchio Lane.”

California NGOs Encourage Fake Addresses To Homeless People To Sign Petitions & Register Voters, A State & Federal Felony. Footage Shows 28 Instances Of Cash Changing Hands For Ballot Signatures & Voter Registration Forms. Many of the petitioners had no understanding of the petitions’ purpose they were advertising. Circulators also instructed individuals to use fake addresses. “Oh, you can just fake an address.”

Weingart Center, which received hundreds of millions in public funding, is on tape directing people to where the fraudulent petitioners are located, and directing homeless individuals to petitioners & coaching plausible deniability. “See they say ignorance is no excuse for the law. But a lot of times, I have to say ‘I didn’t know, I had no idea.’”

We encountered 28 instances of petitioners offering cash, cigarettes, and marijuana for signatures on petitions.

Weingart employees advised: “See they say ignorance is no excuse for the law. But a lot of times, I have to say ‘I didn’t know, I had no idea.’” All happening outside taxpayer-funded housing organizations. Weingart CEO earned $432,000 before resigning from the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency.

James O’Keefe and the OMG Team went undercover on Skid Row, posing as homeless individuals. On hidden cameras, petitioners admitted they are paid $7–$10 per signature, sometimes earning $1,000 or more per day, collecting signatures from individuals with minimal knowledge of what they were signing.

“$7 a signature, $5 a signature, $10 a signature.”

“We gon’ give you $2.”

Populus Inc., a political consulting firm, was circulating petitions funded by
@Uber,@Delta,@United, and the American Hotel & Lodging Association (@AHLA). On camera, one petitioner said, “We have one that taxes billionaires 5%. One-time tax. 5% and that’s gonna go towards healthcare.” Other petitions sought to overturn LA’s $30 minimum wage for hotel and airline workers.

Paying per signature and encouraging fake addresses violates federal and state election law and is proof of fraud happening in California.

Weingart employees were caught directing the homeless to the location of the petitioners and coaching them on plausible deniability. Intake coordinator Jason Warren told an undercover journalist exactly where and when to find them:

“Most time they be right across the street, under that tree… Monday through Friday.”

In 2016, nine individuals were arrested on Skid Row for exchanging cash and cigarettes for signatures; in 2019 they were charged on 14 counts under the exact same California Elections Code section.

Yet when confronted, nearby LAPD officers dismissed the activity as “a civil lawsuit.”

“Paying per signature violates state election law and is evidence of election fraud in California,” the investigation concludes. On Skid Row, we captured conduct on tape that violates Federal Law 52 U.S. Code §10307 and state law California Election Code §18603.

Assuming all of this checks out, the lid has been blown off the game. You’ve got incentives to collect signatures, people who don’t understand what the hell they’re signing, and guidance on how to get around the rules.

That’s called fraud.

And what’s really scary is how easy it all looks. There’s nothing complicated about it, right? Just people taking advantage of a system that isn’t being enforced at all. It’s a free-for-all, and the American people are the ones who suffer, because it’s their voices that are silenced.
