Can somebody please explain how Adam Schiff is still slithering around the Swamp like he doesn’t have a care in the world? This man was one of the central figures in one of the ugliest political operations in modern American history.

This is the same guy who spent years pushing the fake Russia collusion hoax. He went on TV, looked straight into the camera, and told the country there was secret “smoking gun” evidence. Evidence he never produced because, as it turned out, the whole thing was a lie… and he knew it.
And now an old allegation is making the rounds again, and if it’s true, it takes the Schiff story to a whole different level.
The claim, which started back in 2020, is that Schiff knowingly pushed the Russia operation in 2016 because he believed, or was told, that if Hillary won, he’d get the #1 spot at the CIA.
This clip is the latest one making the rounds again, and it puts the allegation right back in front of the public. Many are wondering if this is coming up again because Schiff may be the next big player to fall.
Obviously, the claim may still need to be proven, but the pattern around Schiff has been painfully obvious for years.

Schiff didn’t just get a little part of a story wrong. He was the lead guy pushing a damaging narrative that consumed the country, poisoned trust, and turned a political lie into a national obsession and a mental illness for many. The Russia hoax was a weaponized operation, and Schiff was the loudest salesmen.
Which brings us to what Jonathan Turley said when this whistleblower claim first surfaced.
Turley didn’t wave off the allegations against Schiff. He thinks they’re serious. But this is what he said: either the whistleblower is lying, or Schiff has a really serious problem.
Didn’t Dems tell us we have to believe all whistleblowers?
While this is only the unverified allegation of a single former staffer, the alleged conduct would involve criminal and unethical conduct of the highest order, if proven…
…What is clear is that someone is lying and someone is a felon. Either Schiff ordered the commission of a serious felony or this whistleblower made repeated false statements to the FBI. The public — and Congress — has every right to know the answer.
So, if the whistleblower lied to the FBI, that’s a crime. If the whistleblower told the truth, then the allegation against Schiff is absolutely explosive. But whatever is going on, we need to get to the bottom of it.
Turley’s full breakdown from 2025 gets even more specific.
The staffer described Schiff’s conduct as “treasonous” and “illegal.”
Schiff has previously been accused of politicalization of intelligence, including his claims (after the Special Counsel rejected the Russian collusion claims as unsupported) that he had secret evidence in the Committee proving such collusion. He never produced that evidence, and it is widely believed that it did not exist.
This is different. This would be a premeditated criminal act. It is hard to believe that a “player” like Schiff would be stupid enough to openly discuss such a criminal act in a staff meeting. However, the fact that the whistleblower made this allegation in a report to the FBI is equally probative. It is a crime to lie to federal investigators.
It is also notable that this allegation never leaked. At that time, the congressional committee and the FBI were leaking sieves of classified and embarrassing information targeting Trump and his associates. Yet, this allegation (as well exculpatory information on the Russian investigation for Trump) were not leaked or published in the media.
The whistleblower was reportedly very specific in details on the meeting:
“When working in this capacity, [redacted staffer’s name] was called to an all-staff meeting by SCHIFF. In this meeting, SCHIFF stated the group would leak classified information which was derogatory to President of the United States DONALD J. TRUMP. SCHIFF stated the information would be used to indict President TRUMP.”
[The whistleblower] stated this would be illegal and, upon hearing his concerns, unnamed members of the meeting reassured that they would not be caught leaking classified information.”
That is the type of statement that could presumably be confirmed by any of the staffers in the room, who are themselves subject to criminal charge if they lie to investigators. The question is what these staffers said to the FBI or whether it pursued this investigation fully in light of the alarming allegations.
There are answers that can be demanded and records that can be reviewed. The public needs the truth.
And that brings us straight to Schiff’s latest cable-news appearance, where he wasted no time defending another Deep State player: James Comey.
Of course, Schiff is now rushing to defend Comey after his recent indictment. The Deep State protects its own, especially when accountability finally starts creeping in.

When Trump was being dragged through all these investigations, Dems and the media called it accountability. When their side starts facing the music, it’s political revenge, abuse of power, and the collapse of democracy. Funny how that works…
The Russia hoax damaged lives and the country. Schiff was the guy pushing the lie and selling the hoax. And now, thanks to this resurfaced allegation, the questions around him are coming up again.
