Robert F. Kennedy Jr. shared an AI-generated video of himself wrestling a Twinkie to promote his “Make America Healthy Again” movement. The clip posted on his official X page on Sunday is captioned as “MAHAMania: Snack Down.”

The latest AI-generated video posted by RFK Jr. begins with a man dressed as a Twinkie, holding a sign that says, “I [heart] Junk Food.” A shirtless RFK Jr. then makes a dramatic entrance, getting ready to take down the Twinkie in the ring.
What follows is an action-packed sequence in which the politician defeats a man dressed as Twinkie with a series of wrestling moves, while Lip Bizkit’s hit track “Rolling” plays in the background. The final scene of the clip shows RFK Jr. emerging as the victor, with the statement “Eat Real Food” appearing on the screen, along with a link to realfood.gov. The website encourages Americans to “avoid highly processed food.”
Last month, the politician made another baffling post, sharing a video of him working out with singer Kid Rock, a longtime supporter of the Donald Trump administration.
RFK Jr.’s latest AI-generated post comes amid his increased efforts to promote the MAHA campaign, rallying against ultra-processed foods he labelled “poison.”
However, during his January 2025 confirmation hearing, the Secretary of Health and Human Services clarified that he does not intend to ban fast foods completely.
“We need to … deploy NIH and FDA to do the research to understand the relationship between these different food additives and chronic disease, so that Americans understand it and make sure that Americans are aware,” RFK Jr. stated during the speech.
“But I don’t want to take food away from anybody. If you like … a McDonald’s cheeseburger, Diet Coke, which my boss loves, you should be able to get them,” he added.
