THE FITF’s SPREADSHEET: Operation Round River sorted more than six dozen Americans by party. Democrats including the Bidens, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, Obama, George Soros were logged as “targets” of Russian disinformation. Republicans were logged as “conduits” spreading Russian lies. The FBI used this pretext to wholesale ignore hard evidence damaging to the Democrats and worse, justify weaponized FBI counterintelligence targeting of innocent Americans.
Who was labeled a Russian “conduit” by the FBI? AG Bill Barr. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. Sens. Grassley, Johnson, and Graham. Reps. Nunes and Jordan. Fox News. OAN. Rudy Giuliani. The FBI formally tagged U.S. Cabinet secretaries as foreign propaganda vectors for having the audacity to investigate a mountain of hard evidence of Biden family corruption that the FBI refused to investigate.
Per the declassified DNI “DELTA” summary: “Around December 2019, the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force – Russia (FITF-R) unofficially formed a group of analysts who utilized internal systems to gather any/all derogatory information previously reported by confidential human sources (CHSs) on Joseph Biden corruption… to red flag the reporting as Russian disinformation.”
They didn’t just ignore identical reporting/intelligence from different and longstanding FBI confidential human sources (CHS), the FITF submitted lies to the confidential human sources’ own files labeling the CHS reporting as Russian disinformation WITHOUT HAVING ANY EVIDENCE THAT THE REPORTING WAS RUSSIAN DISINFORMATION.
VITAL FACT HERE, straight from DNI: “The Round River team did not corroborate any of the allegations of the ‘Ukraine narrative.'” The “Ukraine narrative” was the intelligence of the Biden family’s receipt of monies from Ukraine and elsewhere. The FBI never tried to disprove the derogatory Biden reporting. They just stamped it “Russian” and moved on.
EXAMPLES OF HUMAN SOURCE REPORTING THEY BURIED. #1: A CHS reporting since 2012 told the FBI as early as 2015: “CHS knows a Russian Intelligence Officer (IO) who told the CHS that Mykola Zlochevsky […] is using his relationship with Hunter Biden to get closer to the Americans.” The IO called it a “long-term operation/long penetration.”
SOURCE #2 (2017-2022): “Zlochevsky had an INTERPOL investigation on him. He allegedly paid Poroshenko $100,000,000 to stop the case against him… two CIA officers took Zlochevsky into the office of [Ukraine’s prosecutor general] and allegedly said Zlochevsky is protected by the U.S.” This is an FBI human source describing a U.S.-facilitated cover-up, buried without investigation as “disinformation.”
SOURCE #3, reporting since 2008, gave this Oct. 2019, right as Trump was being impeached over Ukraine: “CHS discussed his relationship with Hunter Biden, who consulted CHS before he decided to work for Burisma.” This source had direct personal access to Hunter Biden. Round River tagged him “Russian disinformation” too.
The FBI deemed three separate confidential sources, going back to 2012, independently describing the same Biden-Burisma-Ukraine corruption pattern to be “Russian disinformaiton.” The FBI’s own Round River team amended all three of their files after the fact to brand the reporting fake. None of it was ever investigated by the FBI or any other intelligence agency. The FBI similarly ignored Hunter Biden’s 150 suspicious activity reports, Hunter’s laptop and more.
FBI Director Kash Patel’s own letter, released today: “We are investigating whether the FITF used information learned from the Round River assessment to undermine or influence ongoing investigations by only focusing on the subset of CHS’s involving the Bidens.”
Under oath in 2023, Floris admitted the briefing wasn’t even FBI intelligence: “ODNI owns this whole process… took the lead in drafting the script.” She delivered ODNI’s script while wearing the FBI’s badge. The FBI had no intelligence that Grassley’s investigation was tainted.
HISTORICALLY UNPARALLELED COUP ATTEMPT. Operation Round River posed a grave threat to the future of our Republic in ways the United States has never seen. It was a conspiracy that violated the civil rights of US citizens at an industrial scale and is unquestionably the most grievous example of election interference in United States history.
