The young pro-trans man accused of murdering Charlie Kirk made his first televised court appearance, and the moment was as disturbing as many figured it would be.

The Utah man charged with killing Charlie Kirk made his first in-person court appearance Thursday as his attorneys pushed to further limit media access in the high-profile criminal case.
Prosecutors have charged Tyler Robinson with aggravated murder in the Sept. 10 shooting of the conservative activist on the Utah Valley University campus in Orem, just a few miles north of the Provo courthouse. They plan to seek the death penalty.
Robinson, 22, arrived amid heavy security, shackled at the waist, wrists and ankles and wearing a dress shirt, tie and slacks.
He smiled at his parents and brother sitting in the front row. His mother teared up after he walked in and clutched a tissue throughout the hearing while his father took notes. Robinson had previously appeared before the court via video or audio feed from jail.
As you likely know, Tyler Robinson has an extensive online footprint tied directly to radical LGBTQ activism, pro-trans activism, and the creepy “furry” subculture.
But what the fake news media didn’t tell you was that Tyler had a smirk of gloat on his face in court. Instead of showing seriousness, remorse, or restraint, Tyler appeared smug. He was smiling and laughing, and the whole thing felt very performative.
This is the moment that outraged everybody. As the court discussed media access to the trial, Robinson literally smirked and laughed, like he was proud of what he did.

That behavior fits a pattern of ideological radicalization and detachment from basic morals. This brings us to the actual legal reality of the case.
After days of noise, speculation, and increasingly unhinged theories floating around online, Fox News brought on someone who actually deals in facts, law, and reality. Constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley, who says he’s never seen a case with so much strong evidence.

That’s a lot of evidence. And that brings us to the next big point… it’s impossible to talk about this and ignore what Candace Owens has been doing. While most people are focused on facts, timelines, and accountability, she’s been working overtime to float an entirely different narrative. One that conveniently lets Tyler off the hook and redirects blame everywhere else imaginable. Israel. France. TPUSA. Billionaires. Even Charlie’s widow, Erika.

We know who killed Charlie, and we know who indoctrinated him to commit this heinous murder.

If this is supposed to be about justice for Charlie, attacking his widow makes zero sense. It doesn’t clarify anything or move the truth forward. It just poisons the well and drags another person into the mud.
And then came the moment that made Candace’s possible motives difficult to ignore.
Candace openly dismissed the midterms.

When someone says they “don’t care” about elections that determine control of Congress, funding, investigations, and the future of the America First policy, that’s revealing. People have been saying for years that Candace is just out for herself and burns things down, even if it helps the left in the process.
That’s the part that should worry (and wake up) people.
Because when you float baseless conspiracy theories, with zero evidence, and when you redirect blame away from reality, and when you turn your fire on the victim’s family instead of the facts, you’re actively helping the other side escape accountability. You’re muddying the waters at the exact moment clarity matters most. And we can’t win that way.
