BREAKING: DC Circuit Court of Appeals Blocks Judge Chutkan’s Order Doxxing DOGE Workers | The Gateway Pundit

archiescom - March 26, 2025

Judge Tanya Chutkan
The DC Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday temporarily blocked Judge Tanya Chutkan’s order doxxing DOGE workers.
Earlier this month Judge Chutkan demanded Elon Musk and DOGE turn over sensitive documents and data within 21 days—all to appease a coalition of Democrat state attorneys general.
Chutkan’s order mandated that DOGE disclose sensitive information and internal documents concerning employees, contracts, and federal engagements directly linked with states participating in the lawsuit.
According to the ruling:

Plaintiffs’ Discovery Requests shall be limited to information and materials regarding agencies, employees, contracts, grants, federal funding, legal agreements, databases, or data management systems that involve or engage with Plaintiff States, including entities and institutions operated or funded by Plaintiff States;
“Recommended” and “recommendation” shall be deleted from Plaintiffs’ Fourth Interrogatory and replaced with “directed” and “direction.”

The DC Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday granted a temporary stay of Chutkan’s order.

The three judge panel on the DC Circuit Court: Henderson (George W. Bush appointee), Millett (Obama appointee), and Walker (Trump appointee) granted a stay on Chutkan’s order and told the judge she must rule on the Trump DOJ’s motion to dismiss the case first.
This is not a final ruling on the case.

Judge Chutkan canceled her status hearing scheduled for Thursday after the appeals court granted the stay.
