President Donald Trump signs a presidential proclamation at the White House on Tuesday, May 5.

The president will sign the proclamation after holding a small business summit at the White House on Monday with small business leaders from around the country.

Later Tuesday Secretary of State Marco Rubio will lead the weekly White House press briefing as Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt is on maternity leave.
